qaSignature Successfully Completes Automated Quality Assurance Testing on Ardais Corporation's BIGR™ Library and Suite of Bioinformatic Tools
qaSignature, a privately owned Automated Quality Assurance Testing and Advisory Service, has successfully completed Navigation and Functionality Regression testing on Ardais Corporation's BIGRTM (Biomaterials and Information for Genomic Research) Library and Suite of Bioinformatic Tools. The Ardais BIGRTM Library is a centralized, shared clinical genomics repository - encompassing tissue samples, molecular derivatives and associated clinical information - accompanied by databases and bioinformatic tools. The Library is currently comprised of thousands of patient cases representing a broad diversity of diseases at various stages, yielding tens of thousands of Research-Quality clinical materials and associated clinical information. In coming years, the Library will grow to hundreds of thousands or millions of samples. And it will become increasing valuable, due to the continually expanding compendium of clinical data and patient outcome information that accrues over time.
This testing process has been conducted by qaSignature's advanced Automated Testing Methodology drawing upon Dynamic Coverage, Long Regression Testing, and Continuous Resource Monitoring.
