To assist our clients in making the best decision possible, we are proposing the Automation Diagnostic and Proof of Concept. This approach provides you the opportunity to take a low risk approach to developing a resource efficient solution to Quality Assurance Testing.
The goals of the Diagnostic and Proof of Concept are to determine the optimal approach to achieve the following objectives. 1. Speed up product development, and 2. Maximize the development and quality assurance productivity.
qaSignature personnel will perform a diagnostic of the quality assurance challenges. This will entail the review of relevant QA processes, current automation and additional opportunities for automation. Current processes will be evaluated for 1. Installation, 2. GUI Navigation and 3. Functionality regression. Members of the development organization will be interviewed in order to confirm priorities for automation.
The current quality assurance findings will be compared to opportunities for improvement through implementation of automation. Each area will be evaluated using a Return on Investment Model. This will facilitate the development of a prioritized list of recommended automation development projects.
The first recommendation will be the scope of the Proof of Concept. This automation will be developed in the qaSignature lab using actual client software examples as agreed upon in the diagnostic.
The deliverables of the Diagnostic and Performance Proof Of Concept will include the following:
