From Russia with love (Part II) - Reporting from the streets of Moscow

I am gonna be short today, ‘cause my sightseeing schedule is really tight. But I am never too busy to drop a line or two to my friends. Today, I am writing to you from the streets of Moscow, Russia. After 12 years Julia, George and I are visiting for the first time the city where we were born, the city that is so close to my heart and so distant in my memories. I would like to share with you my feelings and new experiences, but not now. Last night, after staying up until 3 in the morning with my friends, I realized that there is not enough time for me to put in words all my emotions. So, stand by for a follow up when I come back.

Here are some pictures for your enjoyment.

Julia, George and Gosha, the horse on Pushkin square (Right in the middle of the city, and the cinema where 16 years ago I took Julia to the movies on our first official date!)

Julia with her college friend Elena and her husband Andrei. We were having dinner at Pushkin restaurant where Putin and Clinton had lunch several years ago.

Next one is Julia and George at the Red Square with a Russian Czar and his Guard (permition to take the picture cost us 50 rubles which is about $2. That is right, my friends, Russia is moving towards capitalism rather rapidly)

The original hats of Russian Czars!

Julia and George near Czars Bell in Kremlin, the biggest church bell in the world, which, by the way, has never been used :)!

And the last but not least, George near Czar Cannon in Kremlin, which as well has never been fired, but used for scaring the visitors!

I wish you luck with your automation implementation from the streets of Moscow, and remember, I am thinking of you while sightseeing.

You are welcome to stop by at our office any time next week for some Russian tea with Moscow’s greatest sweets and good of stories.

Dosvidaniy and see you in Boston!
